POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A part-time instructor is needed to teach Accounting I during the Spring 2009 semester at the Stevens Point Campus. The course will run from 1/13/2009 through 5/14/2009 and is scheduled at 8:45 – 9:50 a.m. Monday through Thursday. In addition to instruction, Instructors are responsible for classroom management, student evaluation, and record keeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required; Master’s Degree preferred. Two years of relevant occupational experience is required. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Good organizational skills, positive interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and Microsoft Office computer skills and use of current technologies are necessary. Benefits do not apply to this part-time instructional position.
